Hi there! I am currently working as a Research Assistant at Haruno Lab at NICT CiNet, advised by Masahiko Haruno. and also conducting research as a Research Assistant at Amano Lab at The University of Tokyo , advised by Ayumu Yamashita.

Previously, I received my MSc in Human Factors Engineering (Distinction) from the Human Engineered Environment Studies at The University of Tokyo, advised by Satori Hachisuka. Prior to that, I majored in signal processing in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tokyo University of Science.

Research Interests

I aim to uncover the underlying mechanisms of brain function by modeling high-dimensional neuroimaging data through computational approaches. Specifically, I focus on mapping these data onto low-dimensional latent manifolds to characterize their neural dynamics.

Keywords: Computational Cognitive Neuroscience, Latent Space Dynamics

Neuroimaging Techniques

Interest: EMEG, fMRI, ECoG, iEEG, etc.

Computational Modeling

Interest: Deep Generative Models, Latent Variable Models, Neural Manifold Analysis.

Cognition & Perception

Details: Cognitive Control, Neural Population Dynamics, Sustained Attention, etc.
